Annet Mahendru
Mahendru was born to an Russian mother from India and an Afghan Hindu father. She is proficient of German Russian English. Annet Mahendru is the daughter of an Indian father as well as mother of a Russian mom. When she was 11 Annat Mahendru choreographed, and performed a dance which resulted in the honor of a German TV appearance. Her performance was a Russian snow girl who transformed into a fun Indian dancer. She completed high-school in New York before earning a bachelor of Arts (English) at St. John's University. In the high school year, she took acting classes at HB but left for improv at Groundlings School. She then played a variety of roles in comedy. Her parents were the mother of an Afghani Hindu-Indian and Russian father from Kabul, Afghanistan. She moved with her father to New York's East Meadow York when she was thirteen year old. She stars in FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. She is best known as the former KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova in FX's The Americans. Her other roles included recurring ones on Fox's The Following as well as NBC's The Blacklist.
